Experience across classrooms, cultures and organizations

For more than two decades, I worked in international education across Korea, China, Australia, Vietnam and Malaysia. Teaching, leadership and examinator roles showed me that culture, relationships and emotional well-being are never separate from how people learn, communicate and lead.

In 2023, I began a new entrepreneurial chapter. EduchologyPlus brings my experience as an educator, leader, trainer and coach beyond the classroom—into organizations, professional communities and one-to-one conversations.

Today, I create spaces where people can pause, make sense of where they are and take a practical next step. My aim is to help individuals and organizations build strengths-based, psychologically safe cultures where people can speak, contribute and grow.
